SLD-LP-OEC-1310-8pin The Superluminescent Diode (SLD) is a high performance wide spectrum low ripple 1.31μm semiconductor based light source.
Its broad bandwidth and high power emission make it suitable for uses in a range of applications.
It utilises CIP’s proprietary InP buried heterostructure design and is available in an 8-pin butterfly package with a thermistor, thermo-electric cooler and PM fibre pigtails. More...
