CIP always welcome pre-arranged visits. Here’s some information to help you travel to CIP.

Travelling by air

We recommend that you fly to Stansted or London City airports. You can also use Gatwick or London Heathrow.

Getting from the airport to Ipswich

Air Direct run a coach service between Ipswich town centre and Stansted all-day, every 2 hours 7 days a week.

Travelling by train

  • Trains run every 15 minutes between London Liverpool Street and Ipswich.
  • Ipswich station is 20 minutes drive from CIP.
  • There is an hourly shuttle bus from Ipswich Station boarding at Stand C. to Adastral Park.
  • There are express trains from Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick airports into London.

Travelling by road

Ipswich is reached by road from the A14 from the Midlands or North, or the A12 from the south.

Security at Phoenix House

For security reasons, visitors must first report to Adastral Park reception where they will receive their site passes before proceeding to Phoenix House.
